As the granddaughter of firm founder David Paul Daniels, Sr., Tamika grew up watching her grandfather fight for families — protecting their homes, clearing their debts, and restoring their dignity. Today, she carries that same mission forward as the CEO and lead attorney of Wyche Law Group, LLC.
Tamika brings a broad range of legal experience to her clients, having handled matters in bankruptcy, personal injury, real estate, and family law. She is licensed in New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and serves clients across the region.
With over 40 years of combined family legacy behind her and a fierce commitment to her clients, Tamika doesn't just practice law — she fights for people at their most vulnerable moments.

Since 1981, our family has been a cornerstone of the New Jersey legal landscape. Our founder, David Paul Daniels, Sr. dreamed of becoming a lawyer while serving as a Camden City Police Officer. While serving as a police lieutenant, he graduated from Glassboro State College, Magna Cum Laude, in 1975, and then graduated with his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law in 1979. In 1979, he retired from the Camden City Police Department and started our law legacy, the Law Office of David Paul Daniels.
During his years of practicing law, in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, he mentored hundreds of new attorneys, made law, and helped to craft the bankruptcy laws in the District of New Jersey.
Forever the strong family man, and with a love for the law, David was rewarded with his granddaughter, Tamika Wyche, joining him in his firm as a licensed attorney.
Tamika is the current CEO and attorney of this long and outstanding track record law firm and continues to carry on the family legacy.
